Invoices on WhatsApp

Take payment and the tax invoice reaches your customer’s WhatsApp as a PDF, then a message each time the order moves.

How it works

  1. Payment at the till

The order is paid at the counter. Only an order with a named customer sends anything; a sale with no customer stays at the counter.

  2. The invoice goes out

The customer gets the same receipt PDF the till prints, with the ZATCA QR and a second QR that opens the order’s status.

  3. Each status follows

Processing, ready, delivered or canceled: each sends a short message, in the language the customer chose.

  4. Every message on record

Settings lists each message as sent, delivered or read, against the month’s allowance.

The rules

Consent
Four switches decide, and any one of them stops a message: the shop’s policy, the customer’s own choice, their profile, and the cashier unticking WhatsApp for that sale.
Sending number
Messages go from the Tamem number, unless your shop has been set up with its own.
Monthly allowance
Each plan has one. Past it, automatic messages stop and are logged, so nothing is dropped without a trace.
Sending by hand
The owner, or staff whose role allows it, can send an invoice again from the order.
Not included
Sales with no customer, a second try after a failed send, and appointment reminders, which reach the customer app as notifications.

POS

Sell at the counter, offline too

Invoices and order updates, on WhatsApp.

Take a payment and the customer gets the tax invoice as a PDF. Move the order along and they get a message. Nobody at the counter types anything.

The invoice itself
The PDF is the simplified tax invoice, with its ZATCA QR and a second QR that opens the order’s live status.
Only with a yes
Each customer agrees shop by shop. You choose whether the cashier sends it every time, never, or asks at each sale.
In the customer’s language
Arabic, English or Urdu, whichever the customer chose.
Every message on record
Settings lists each message as sent, delivered or read, and how much of the month’s allowance is left.
Nothing to set up
Messages go out from the Tamem WhatsApp number, unless your shop has been set up with its own. You don’t need a WhatsApp Business account to start.
Deliveries and moved bookings too
Delivery updates go out the same way, to customers who said yes, and so does an appointment you move to a new time. Other appointment notices come through the customer app.

We set it up with your catalog and your prices, on your counter. You watch it print, and decide.
