Profit and VAT

A P&L and VAT return built from your own invoices, ready to hand your accountant.

How it works

  • Record what you spend

Expenses go under categories with account codes, with the supplier and a receipt photo. Cashiers whose role allows it record paid-outs at the till, and recurring costs such as rent repeat each month.

  • Scan a supplier’s QR

Paste a supplier invoice’s ZATCA QR in the console or upload its photo, or scan it at the till for a paid-out. Either way you get a draft with the QR’s VAT, and one invoice is never recorded twice.

  • Read the P&L

Any range up to 24 months, against the previous period or last year, by branch. Sales come from invoices and credit notes, expenses count net of input VAT, and cost of goods is included. It downloads as a PDF.

  • Take the VAT figures

Output VAT less input VAT for the period, with the invoices, credit notes and expenses behind each figure, as a PDF. You or your accountant file the return with ZATCA.

  • Close the month

When a month is done you close it, and its figures stay as they stood until you reopen it. An expense entered by mistake is voided, never deleted, so it stays on record.

The rules

Who sees it
Reports are the owner’s alone, and appear after 7 trading days. About 20 reports export, plus a monthly pack for your accountant.
Pay in the P&L
Each month’s pay shows as final once its payroll run is locked, and as an estimate until then.
Your plan
Expenses and the P&L are on every plan. The VAT return, bills to pay, budgets and detailed reports depend on your plan.
Not included
General-ledger accounting or a balance sheet, filing the VAT return for you, Salla channel orders in the P&L, and a live camera for QR capture in the console.

Take a real order on it first.

We set it up with your catalog and your prices, on your counter. You watch it print, and decide.
