Customer app

Customers find your shop on a map, follow their orders and see their points, and the receipt’s QR shows the order’s status with no app at all.

Customers open it in their phone’s browser and sign in with their number.

How it works

  • Find a shop on the map

After signing in with a phone number, customers search a map with an adjustable radius and filters. Each shop page shows its hours, phone number and rating.

  • One feed for everything

Orders, pickups, appointments and help requests share one activity feed. An order’s screen refreshes every 30 seconds, and a push notification arrives when its status changes. Customers can rate an order or open a support case.

  • Requests to the shop

Customers book an appointment, request a pickup or delivery, or ask for a quote with files attached. Each appears only where that shop offers it.

  • Points and credit in a wallet

The wallet holds points for each shop, gift cards and store credit, and referral codes. It also shows a QR code for the cashier to scan at the till.

  • Tracking from the receipt

The QR on the receipt opens the order’s status in any phone browser, with no account and nothing to install.
