A sale to a named customer earns points on its subtotal after discounts and before VAT, at the rate you set. The default is 1 point per riyal.
2Tiers follow lifetime spend
Customers reach Silver, Gold and Platinum by lifetime spend, at thresholds your shop sets. A promotion can apply on its own to every customer from a chosen tier up.
3Points are spent at the till
The cashier redeems points at checkout, from a minimum up to a cap per order. The amount the till shows is the amount charged.
4Expiry and returns
With expiry on, each batch of earned points expires on its own date, checked nightly, and the points closest to expiring are spent first. A refund or cancel takes its points back.
The rules
Who controls it
The owner sets up the program and adjusts balances by hand. Staff can see balances but can’t change them.
Branches
Points work across all your branches, or you can limit spending them to the branch where they were earned.
What you owe
A report shows what your customers’ unspent points are worth in riyals.
In the customer app
Customers see each shop’s balance and history, and show a QR for the cashier to scan. Points can’t be spent from the app.
When it’s on
When the shop answers in setup that it rewards regular customers with points, and the plan includes it.
Not included
Points shared between different shops, points for anything but sales (birthdays, sign-ups, double-points days), a different earn rate per tier, and points on sales with no customer.
